How to Order Videos

We provide 4 services via the online portal to help you communicate your message.  Please view our video links to help get you started now.

Custom Order Video

For all customised items which need to be quoted individually please visit request a quote. Your quotes and orders will be stored and can be tracked via the Custom Quote tab in your portal.

Print and Design Video

This Print and Design service should be used when you are wanting to order a catalogue item (a common item) and you are going to either supply your Own design, have Momentum to design or use artwork which we have used previously. Please visit the print and design tutorial for a step by step guide.

Artwork Templates Video

Artwork Templates enable you to edit pre-approved artwork online.This service is Commonly used for items such as business cards, letterheads, and flyers, where a particular individual, franchise or office would like to customise to their needs.

Design Only

Momentum Design offers high quality Graphic design services such as: Email Signatures, Logos, Email Newsletters.  We do not have a Design video available at present.  To order, simply follow the instructions below.  If you are looking for a Design project not listed in our catalogue, simply Request a Quote.

Here is a basic How to Order guide -

Step 1 - Log In or Register for your Online Account

New Users

You will need an account in order to place an order.  Your information is kept completely confidential and you can choose whether to receive our Sales/Promotional correspondence or not.

Account Holders

Account holders should log into their account prior to choosing a product.  This ensures that you can access your own private catalogue, if applicable.

Step 2 - Choose a Product

Our public Online Catalogue Products are found via the Quick links to the left of the page.  They are catagorised under 3 different groups - Print/Design, Artwork Templates and Design Only.  Products can also be found under the horizontal menu at the top of screen or there is a drop down search feature whilst shopping.

Step 3 - Select Size, Style and Quantity

From the list, you can view all products available, their specifications and pricing.  Choose your preferred size or style and quantity, then click Order Now.

Step 4 - Complete Your Order

Print/Design

  • Choose your Design option and Proof Type, as required.
  • Enter Delivery Details and a Job Name/Reference.
  • Upload your Artwork and/or Enter Design/Print Instructions then Add to Cart.

(Note: system only accepts one uploaded file.  If you have several files, either Zip the file, or email through after ordering.)

Artwork Template

  • Enter Delivery Details and a Job Name/Reference.
  • Customise your chosen Design with your own Business details and click Apply Changes. Check your proof and then Add to Cart. (Note: you will not receive a further proof, so please check your details carefully.)

NOTE: once you add your product to Cart, you can either Continue Shopping or Check out.

Step 5 - Check Out

  • From your Account page, check your order details are correct
  • Check your Delivery address, enter multiple delivery addresses or select Pick Up
  • Choose Payment type and process immediately
  • Print off your Tax Invoice (Please note: Invoices are not sent with your order)
