New Features

Current Members - Please take a few minutes to read about our new Features for your convenience

We have now launched our updated site and it is ready for you to use. Your Account details have not changed and all of your products are still found in either the Print & Design centre or Artwork Templates. There are a few new features and ordering procedures however, so please read the following –

1. NEW ONLINE PORTAL HOME PAGE FEATURE-

When you log in to your account, you will be in your Online Portal (Account) and will see that there is a new Home page there with all of your account options. Please view this video for further information-  Online Portal Overview.

2. NEW ARTWORK TEMPLATES FEATURE -

To order your products, simply click on either the Print & Design Centre or the Artwork Templates.  In the Artwork Templates section, we have updated our Online Editing system to make it easier for you to align/centre your text.  Please visit the Artwork Templates video for more information.  Curves Members - Please note that Promotional flyers are all set up to one style guide, ie. if original text shows it centered, then all clubs must keep it that way.  For Print and Design product orders, please visit the Print & Design video.

3. NEW MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERING FEATURE –

By popular request, we have altered the system to allow several products on the one order. This makes it much simpler for you to order and pay, and to calculate freight on multiple items.

4. NEW FREIGHT FEATURE –

Again by popular demand, we now have the options to ‘Pick up’ your purchases or ‘Add Multiple Delivery Locations’ – previously we needed to alter your order manually to do this. You will see that the Freight charges are also broken up now and are calculated on the weight of your total order, so it will be as accurate as possible.

5. NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM FEATURE - 

If paying by Credit Card, your fee will be automatically  added to your order upon checking out (We also now accept AMEX cards - 3.5% fee).  If paying Direct Deposit, you will be asked to enter a Bank Reference number as proof of transfer.  Please note: Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received, so please finalise this immediately. You are now unable to print off your Tax Invoice until Payment is cleared. So please log back into your account a day or two later and from your Portal Home Page, click on Purchase Order.  Click View Order and Tax Invoice, to print off.

6. NEW CUSTOM QUOTE/ORDER SYSTEM FEATURE -

If you need to order a product not listed in your Private Catalogue, please start by logging in to your Portal Home page and clicking on Request a Quote.  The automatic system will then allow us to enter your quote to the site and an email will be sent to you.  You can then accept or decline your quote and place your order online.  For more information view our Custom Orders video.
